Cancellation & Refund Policy for Bee Tree Adventure Park

We understand plans can change. Here's how we handle cancellations:

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your booking will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking.

 

Refunds:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
